Amar'e Stoudemire announced his retirement today after 14 season in the NBA with four different teams.

Stoudemire originally became well known as a Phoenix Sun while playing alongside point guard Steve Nash. He was most known for his highlight reel dunks while averaged 18.9 ppg and 7.8 rpg as a Sun.

In 2009 season, he relocated to the New York Knicks to resurrect his career but only had one notable season in 2010. The following season's injuries and old age turned against him to fizzle his career out.

Stoudemire played 13 seasons: 8 in Phoenix, 5 in New York, 1 in Dallas and 1 in Miami.
