Just a few days after losing to the Florida Gators in the the NCAA Tournament, the Florida Gulf Coast University Eagles also lost their coach. Andy Enfield has left for another job in college basketball.

The University of Southern California offered Enfield a six-year deal worth well over $1,000,000 a year. Going from the Atlantic Sun Conference to the Pac-12 is quite a step up in competition and prestige for Enfield, who led FGCU to the Sweet 16 this year—the first time a 15-seed has ever gone that far—following upset victories over Georgetown and San Diego State.

The question we want to ask is, was this a good move for Enfield? The pay is obviously far superior, but is he going to leave some hurt feelings behind?
