I got up Sunday morning excited to read details on all of Saturday's college football games. I jumped online and was immediately distracted. I saw another link that I just had to click first.

Bowl projections. Before a single Big Ten Conference game has been played, I see the Jerry Palm projects this week the BCS championship game – will be Alabama vs. Florida State.

Palm has been on "Overtime with Jeff Thurn" Monday's 4-7pm on ESPN 99-1 and is a bracket and projection pioneer.

Nebraska’s projected game is a return trip to Pasadena to represent the Big Ten as conference champions playing Pac-12 champion USC. Oregon is projected to be the Pac-12 runner up.

It appears that Palm believes Minnesota, Iowa and Iowa State fail to be given a bowl bid.

Much can change between now and Black Friday Christmas shopping but here are Palm’s projections for all of the other bowl games four weeks into the regular season.
