The 2015 NFL schedule is set to be released in a few hours, but we now know a few games that will take place outside of the London games.

Green Bay will host its rival Chicago on Thanksgiving night according to Rob Demovsky of ESPN. The game would be in addition to Dallas and Detroit hosting Thanksgiving games during the day.

Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel added the icing on the cake for this longtime rivalry by reporting that Brett Favre will finally have his number retired by his former team.

In addition to the Thanksgiving game against Chicago, Silverstein is reporting that the Packers will play a national TV game during Week 2 against Seattle.

As for the first game of the NFL season, ESPN's Adam Schefter says that the New England Patriots will host the Pittsburgh Steelers on Thursday, September 10.

The rest of the NFL schedule will be released tonight at 7:00.
