VERMILLION, S.D. (AP) - Wade Miller ran for 107 yards and three touchdowns to lead Bridgewater-Emery/Ethan to a 36-6 win over Arlington Thursday in the state 9AA championship game.

Jordan Grosdidier led the Seahawks (11-1) in rushing with 122 yards and a touchdown. Blake Bartscher completed all three passes for 64 yards and a TD.

Bridgewater had a 347-291 edge in total yardage. But Arlington was hurt by three interceptions, one that led to a Bridgewater TD and another in the end zone after driving 85 yards.

Andrew King was 8-for-16 passing for 120 yards for Arlington (10-2). He also ran for a team-high 82 yards and a touchdown.

It was the third state title in four years for the Seahawks, whose schools have won seven titles between them. BEE won titles in 2010 and 2011.

Its scores included an 11-play, 99-yard drive that ate up 6:33 of the clock.
