Kallie has defied the odds.

She was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive brain cancer at age 4. Without a total removal of the tumor, Kallie's chances for survival were slim. But even after a successful surgery, her family and medical team didn't know if she would walk or talk again.

Kallie has proven she's a fighter. She has worked hard in her rehabilitation and every day, she walks and talks more and more. Kallie loves going to school and is making progress every day. She recently added “big sister” to her list of accomplishments, and she is so proud of her little brother.
