Sometimes things get a little heated in the press box between announcers and reporters who cover different teams.

The passion for the teams they cover sometimes will boil over to frustration and arguments between different news outlets from different teams.

That was not the case though in Chicago before a game between the White Sox and Tigers.

Apparently, the Detroit Tigers announcers got into a fight with each other before the game.

Tigers TV announcers Mario Impemba and Rod Allen have been suspended for the rest of the season according to ESPN after they got into an altercation earlier this week.

The two have actually worked together for 17 season on the Tigers games.

For the rest of the season, Kirk Gibson, Craig Monroe and Matt Sheppard will take over the duties.
