Sioux Falls, SD (April 22, 2015) – Sioux Falls Skyforce players Khem Birch, Fuquan Edwin, Shawn Jones and Andre Dawkins have been announced as All-NBA D-League Selections for the 2014-15 season, as voted on by the league’s 18 head coaches.

Birch was named to the 2015 NBA D-League All-Defensive First Team as well as the All-Rookie First Team. Birch, a 6-10, 220-pound center out of UNLV, averaged 11.2 points, 9.6 rebounds and 1.8 blocks while shooting 70.3% from the field in 49 games (33 starts) this season. Birch’s 70.3% shooting from the field led the team and was the highest single-season mark in the franchise’s 26 year history. His 9.6 rebounds and 1.8 blocks per game also led the team. Birch was also named to the NBADL All-Star team at mid-season. Take a look at one of Birch's most dominant performances of the season below.

Fuquan Edwin, a rookie from Seton Hall, joins Birch on the 2015 NBA D-League All-Defensive First Team. In 49 games (33 starts) this season, Edwin averaged a team best 1.8 steals per game. His 1.8 steals per game was the 8th best per game average in the D-League this season. He also averaged 13.8 points and 4.3 rebounds per game.

Shawn Jones was named to the 2015 NBA D-League All-Rookie Second Team. The forward out of Middle Tennessee State averaged 13.1 points, 8.9 rebounds and 1.2 blocks in 49 games (30 starts) this season. On the season, Jones shot 57.4% from the field, the 2nd best percentage on the team.

Rounding out the honors for the Skyforce is Andre Dawkins who was named to the 2015 NBA D-League All-Rookie Third Team. The guard from Duke started the season with the Miami HEAT and made a total of 30 appearances (14 starts) for the Skyforce. Dawkins averaged a team best 19.2 points per game and shot a team best 45.2% from three-point range this season. His 45.2% three-point shooting is the second best single season mark in franchise history.
