You see, I love stadium and airplanes. I'm not an expert on either but love to see great photos of stadiums and airplanes.

The space shuttle Endeavour landed safely at the Los Angles International Airport this weekend after a whirlwind aerial tour around California landmarks including the LA Coliseum. The only thing missing was a college football crowd to celebrate, salute and enjoy the flyover.

The shuttle was strapped to the back of a 747 jumbo jet.  One of the crew members stuck an American flag out of the hatch of the jet.

NASA's shuttle fleet was retired last year after three decades of flight.

The youngest shuttle, Endeavour replaced Challenger, which blew up during liftoff in 1986. NASA lost another shuttle, Columbia, in 2003 when it disintegrated during re-entry.
