ESPN Analyst Michael Cooper Dances with Former Washington Redskins Quarterback Joe Theismann

In one of the more bizarre scenes, current ESPN analyst Michael Cooper 'danced' with former Washington Redskins quarterback Joe Theismann at the Legends Banquet in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

And if that wasn't weird enough, Cooper also took time to dance with the Mayor of Sioux Falls, Mike - yes, I said 'Mike' - Huether.

The banquet launches the 'Legends for Kids,' a series of events described as:
