Former Coyote Tyler Starr Shares His Thoughts on Being Drafted by the Atlanta Falcons
It took a while, but former South Dakota linebacker Tyler Starr finally went in the NFL Draft, next-to-last as the 255th pick, to the Atlanta Falcons.
The Little Rock, Iowa native was the Missouri Valley Conference’s Defensive Player of the Year in 2013, the same year he finished among the top ten vote-getters for the Buck Buchanan award, for the top defensive player in FCS.
This week, Starr talked with AtlantaFalcons.com about draft day:
The Falcons begin off-season workouts later this month, with mini-camp running June 17th-19th.
