The Green Bay Packers are reeling right now, coming back home to Lambeau Field to play the Carolina Panthers.

Green Bay is 4-2, whereas the Panthers, are 3-2-1. Carolina tied the Cincinnati Bengals last week.

Last week, Aaron Rodgers led the Packers to a comeback road victory over former offensive coordinator Joe Philbin and the Miami Dolphins. Rodgers has completed 50-of-72 passes for 620 yards, eight touchdowns and no interceptions in his last three games. He's become the first player to throw 15 touchdowns with one or fewer interceptions in the first six games. Rodgers, also hasn't thrown an interception in 170 pass attempts.

For Rodgers to be stopped or slowed down for that matter, teams have to get pressure on him. Last week, in the second half, the Dolphins were getting Rodgers under pressure and it was the key to Miami's near-win. However, what makes Rodgers so good is his ability to get out of the pocket, and extend plays with his arm strength and legs.

On the opposite side, Newton's Panthers have been in some hard-fought games, lately. Two weeks ago, Newton led Carolina to a 31-24 win over Chicago and then scored 37 points to tie with the Bengals last week.

Since Greg Hardy was placed on the Commissioner's exempt list, Carolina's defense has allowed 34 points on average. Green Bay's scored 38, 42 and 27 in their last three wins.

A big loss for the Packers were cornerbacks Sam Shields and Tramon Williams leaving last Sunday's game on separate plays. Both of them haven't practiced this week. This means that Casey Hayward and Davon House will have to step up in the secondary for Green Bay.

Injury Report:

Carolina: Thomas Davis, Dwan Edwards, Roman Harper, Greg Olsen and Jonathan Stewart were all full practice participants, Thursday. Josh Norman and Darrin Reaves have left practice early. Kelvin Benjamin, Bene Benwikere, Charles Johnson, Amini Silatolu, Fozzy Whitaker and DeAngelo Williams haven't practiced this week.

Green Bay:  Sam Barrington and Josh Boyd have practiced all week. Jarrett Boykin, Jamari Lattimore and Datone Jones have left practice during this week. Shields and Williams haven't practiced at all.
