Hard Knocks

Every season since the popular TV Show "Hard Knocks" was created, the HBO TV Series features one NFL team as they go through the rigors of training camp.

There are always ups and downs accompanied with compelling reality TV as players try and make the NFL roster.

This year, one of those compelling stories will have the people of South Dakota following extra closely as former USD standout Tyler Starr will have his journey featured by "Hard Knocks".

On Thursday, Tyler Starr was in Vermillion training while NFL Films was gathering story-lines and video for the upcoming series.

Starr told me on my show that it would be very interesting to see the Hard Knocks feature following his team as he makes his way through training camp.

The Hard Knocks feature and series will premiere August 5th, 2014 at 9pm on HBO.
