HATBORO, PA -- Following its win over nationally ranked Indiana State last week, the South Dakota State University football team returned to the Football Championship Subdivision rankings Monday with a 25th-place showing in the Sports Network media poll.

SDSU, which is receiving votes in the coaches' poll, is one of five Missouri Valley Football Conference teams to be ranked this week. North Dakota State holds the top spot in both polls, while Youngstown State is third. Illinois State is currently ranked 12th in the coaches' poll and 13th in the Sports Network poll, while Northern Iowa holds respective rankings of 14th by the media and 17th by the coaches.

The Jackrabbits, 3-1 overall and 1-0 in league play, host Missouri State Saturday night in the 46th Annual Beef Bowl. Kickoff is slated for 6 p.m. at Coughlin-Alumni Stadium.
