Rapper Lil John visited the University of Tennessee football team recently and quite possibly delivered the worst pep talk of all time!

Now, with a overall record of 4-5 with a 1-4 mark in SEC play, the Vols are a prime candidate for a pep talk, but next time go with someone other than Lil John.

Discount the fact that Lil John was cool in 2004, not as much in 2014, the encouraging words are so far from the truth that it makes the grit of the speech unbelievable.

He compliments the Tennessee football players on doing a good job.  Really, did I not mention overall 4-5 with ONE win in conference play? YEAAAAA, real good to this point!

Plus, it appears as if Mr. Lil John may either be still intoxicated from the night before or floating a little bit from a recent encounter with Ms. Mary Jane.

Watch, laugh, enjoy, but certainly don't book Lil John as your next motivational speaker!

The University of Tennessee will host the University of Kentucky on Friday at Neyland Stadium in Knoxville.
