CHICAGO, IL -- The United States Hockey League announced on Monday that Charlie Lindgren of the Sioux Falls Stampede has been named Reebok Goaltender of the Week. It marks the fourth time this season Lindgren has taken home the award. He earned the honors after posting a 3-0-0 record, a 1.66 Goals Against Average (GAA) and a .935 save percentage in three wins last week.

On Wednesday, Lindgren stopped 16 shots in a 2-1 win over Tri-City. On Friday, he turned aside 31 shots in 2-1 win at Lincoln while setting a franchise record for most wins in a season with 32. Lindgren closed out the weekend by stopping 26 shots in a 6-3 win at Tri-City in a game that clinched home ice advantage in the first round of the playoffs for the Stampede.

The Lakeville, Minn. native has won six straight starts and 9 of his last 10 while allowing just one goal in five of those starts. He leads the USHL in wins with 33 and ranks fifth with a 2.68 GAA. The 19-year-old veteran has already committed to play collegiate hockey at St. Cloud State University next season for former Stampede coach Bob Motzko.

Lindgren and the Stampede return to action this weekend with a pair of home games at the Sioux Falls Arena. On Friday, Sioux Falls will entertain Omaha and on Saturday, the Herd host Lincoln. Game times are 7:05 PM each night.  The Herd enter the week with a 42-14-2 record and just three points behind Dubuque in the race for the Anderson Cup with six games remaining.
