TORONTO -- NHL Central Scouting released their mid-term rankings of players eligible for the 2013 NHL Draft on Tuesday and Sioux Falls Stampede netminder Charlie Lindgren is ranked 23rd amongst North American goaltenders.

A total of 36 players who have played in the USHL this season appear on the rankings. A total of 13 USHL teams have at least one player on the rankings.

Lindgren is in his second season with the Stampede and having an All-Star year. He was recently named USHL Goaltender of the Month for the third time this season and will participate in the USHL/NHL Top Prospects Game on January 23rd in Muskegon.

The Lakeville, Minn. native leads the league with 18 wins and ranks third in goals against, averaging 2.38. His .914 save percentage ranks fifth amongst all USHL goaltenders and his two shutouts are tied for third most in the league. He is currently 10-1-0 in his last 11 games with one shutout. Lindgren has already committed to St. Cloud State University for next season.

Lindgren and the Herd return to action this Friday and Saturday when they travel to Green Bay and Cedar Rapids.
