Metro Conference Announces 2017 All-Conference Soccer Teams

The high school soccer season comes to a close on Saturday, and the Metro Conference has announced award winners for this season.

41 athletes between the five schools in the Metro Conference were selected to the All-Metro team. Lincoln leads with a total of 12 students selected. Each school had a minimum of two players picked.

The 2017 State AA Soccer Championships will be held this weekend in Aberdeen. On the girls side, O’Gorman faces Pierre at 5:00. The boys title game feature Lincoln vs. Aberdeen Central starting at 7:00.
