ESPN's Mike DiRocco joined Jeff Thurn on Friday's edition of Overtime.

DiRocco (@ESPNdirocco) works at ESPN as an NFL Nation reporter covering the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Thurn asks DiRocco if he is buying what the Jaguars saw by drafting Central Florida's Blake Bortles at No. 3 in the first round:

"I don't know if I would necessary say their only target. I would certainly say Bortles is the guy they target as top pick. I don't think if they had been able to trade down, they probably would have. If Houston and St. Louis had not traded, that he was definitely going to make the pick and turns out he was going to take Bortles. I think they would have minded to trade down, assuming able to get Bortles, but he was their guy they had targeted all along and apparently was a unanimous decisions among the scouts and personnel people and offensive coaches."
