MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — Minnesota Lynx forward Maya Moore has received another honor.

The All-Star MVP was named the WNBA Western Conference Player of the Month for July on Tuesday.

Moore averaged 25.8 points, 8.8 rebounds and 4.1 assists in nine games in July. She shot 41.9 percent from beyond the arc while leading the league in 3-pointers made with 26.

It's the first time Moore has been named Western Conference Player of the Month this season. It's the sixth Player of the Month award for her career. Moore won the honor twice in 2013 and three times in 2014.
