Minnesota Timberwolves Announce Summer League Roster
If you haven't had enough basketball yet, the NBA Summer League is about ready to start and the Timberwolves have announced an interesting roster.
2015 draft picks Karl-Anthony Towns and Tyus Jones will highlight the Timberwolves roster in Las Vegas. Zach LaVine, Lorenzo Brown, and Adreian Payne will also join the roster. Othyus Jeffers will have the most experience on the roster with three seasons under his belt.
Andrew Wiggins will be in Vegas with the team and will be practicing but will not be appearing in any games. Gorgui Dieng and Shabazz Muhammad will also have the same practice schedule as Wiggins.
The Timberwolves will play games against the Lakers (July 10), Bulls (July 11), and Jazz (July 13) as part of the preliminary round of the NBA Summer League Series. The team will then play either two or three games after the preliminary round. All games take place at the Thomas & Mack Center on the UNLV campus.
