Nebraska has hired their new athletic director and the man pegged with turning around the athletic department and specifically the football program is Washington State AD Bill Moos.

Moos takes over for Shawn Eichorst who was fired in September and will begin his duties on October 23rd.

At Washington State, Moos brought in Mike Leach to change the culture of their football program and Leach has been successful doing so.

Husker fans are praying he is able to do the same thing with their football program as they have fallen to a place no Husker fan wants to be coming off a huge loss to Ohio State and facing what could be a losing season on the horizon.

He will now have to determine the fate of Mike Riley who many believe is a lame duck coach at this point.  Even though many think Riley is done, Moos will be involved in determining if that is true or not.
