RAPID CITY - Rapid City police say they have found no evidence of foul play in the deaths of two people whose bodies were found in a motel room a week ago.

Police spokeswoman Tara Heupel tells the Rapid City Journal that authorities are treating the incident as an unattended death investigation.

Gold Star Motel manager Tony Janis found the bodies of the man and woman on the floor of their room on Feb. 21. Janis said police told him the deaths appear to be a double suicide.
