These are exciting times for the Nebraska-Omaha hockey team. The Mavericks advanced all the way to the NCAA Frozen Four this season, losing to the eventual National Champions, Providence, in the semifinals. You're probably thinking there's not a lot UNO can do to make next season even better. Well, they might have just found a way.

Two words: taco cannon.

When Nebraska-Omaha's hockey team moves into a brand new $82 million arena next season, they're welcoming a new partner, Omaha-based Voodoo Taco, who is bringing the latest in speedy food delivery with them - the taco cannon.

So just how good is a taco after it has been propelled into the stands at a high rate of speed. Eric Newton, owner of Voodoo Taco, offered up this fairly honest assessment to Omaha’s KETV7:

I wouldn’t say it would be restaurant quality when it gets to them, but it’s edible.

Good things these are hockey fans we're talking about.
