Roy McIlroy’s Errant Golf Shot Causes Fan to be Attacked
There are a few reasons why I don't play golf in the desert. Those reasons include playing in the heat, rattlesnakes, and, with my massive slice, potentially hitting into the hazards.
As a PGA Tour professional, Roy McIlroy is use to weird situations. During the opening round of the World Golf Championships, McIlroy found himself stuck between a rock and a hard place.
And that isn't a cliché. He actually did.
He took his next shot with a rock right next to the ball and the results did not turn out in his favor. His errant golf shot actually caused a fan to be attacked by a jumping cactus. Here's what happens when a cactus attacks.
And that's another good enough reason for me to not play golf in the desert.
