After weeks of fighting in the press, former Iowa State star forward Royce White has been reinstated by the Houston Rockets.  The suspended forward's first stop back will be in the NBA Development League with the Rockets affiliate, The Rio Grande Valley Vipers.

White, who was vocal on Twitter throughout the saga, often criticizing the team, was suspended by the Rockets earlier this month when he refused assignment to the D-League.  He's 's been on the inactive list all season as he worked on an arrangement with the team to balance his acknowledged anxiety disorder with the demands of the NBA schedule.

The 6-foot-8 White, the 16th overall pick in the last draft, is due to report to Rio Grande Valley on February 11.
