The United States continue to add up the medals in the pool as Simone Manuel took home her second individual medal of the Olympics.

On Saturday, she ended up winning silver in the women's 50-meter freestyle.

Her final time was 24.09 on Saturday, just behind Denmark's Pernille Blume (24.07) who ended up with the gold medal.

Earlier this week, Manuel made history when she became the first African-American woman to win a gold medal in swimming.

In addition to all of that, she also took home a silver medal in the women's 4x100m freestyle relay as well.
