On Friday night the Sioux Falls Skyforce took a 12-3 lead but lost it and had to go to overtime to capture the win.  Less drama Saturday night as the home team began the game with another 12-3 run and never trailed the Reno Bighorns in a 105-87 drubbing at the Sioux Falls Arena on Military Night.

The die was cast before the game as Reno starting guard Dar Tucker was in street clothes with an ankle injury.  Add to the fact that the Bighorns (9-14) only played seven players the night before and the Skyforce (16-11) three point lead after one quarter ballooned to 30 during the fourth quarter.

Demetris Nichols finished his work early with 26 points with Donald Sloan contributing 14 counters.  Will Foster the 7-5 center posted a career high 15 rebounds and blocked 6 shots and pointed out that the team has been much better since Sloan came aboard and started attacking the rim more.  Foster also has friends in the military and was happy to pay them a tribute on Military Night.

Reno got 21 from Marcus Landry and double-doubles from Samardo Samuels and Jerome Jordan.  The Skyforce take to the road for their next three games starting with a Wednesday night tussle against Ft. Wayne.  Reno returns home for a two game set with Santa Cruz starting Thursday.
