SIOUX FALLS - Sioux Falls police say a man who was attacked by people he knew refused to cooperate with the investigation.
Police say the man was jumped by two or three men outside a Sioux Falls apartment early Sunday morning.
The victim allegedly was punched, kicked and hit with a stick described as a broom handle. He would not give descriptions of the suspects.
