Wednesday, Washington Warriors wide receiver/safety Nate Gerry made it final by announcing he is signing with the Nebraska Corhuskers to play Division I football. Gerry is 6'2" and 213 pounds and will play safety for the Cornhuskers.

A few other Washington seniors announced their decisions Wednesday as well. Jon Hander will play baseball at Kansas, offensive lineman Austin Kuhnert will play at North Dakota State, defensive back Chris Parker will play at Montana, offensive lineman Grant Lewis will play at St. Cloud St., offensive lineman Kyle Spalding will play at Morningside, and linebacker Austin Benson will walk-on at South Dakota State to play football.
