The on-again, off-again spring football schedule is back on Saturday in Sioux Falls, where the Jackrabbits will practice and scrimmage at Bob Young Field.

Saturday was supposed to be the day of the annual spring game in Brookings, but wet conditions at Coughlin-Alumni Stadium forced the cancellation of the game.

Instead, the Jacks will use Bob Young Field, at the University of Sioux Falls/Sanford Sports Complex, at 69th Street and South Cliff Avenue. The team will practice from 10:45am to 12:30pm, with a scrimmage scheduled from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Both workouts are open to the public.

Of the 12 workouts so far this wintry spring, SDSU has been outside eight times, with indoor sessions at the Fifth Street Gym and Swiftel Center in Brookings, as well as the Sanford Fieldhouse in Sioux Falls.

Saturday was supposed to be the 15th and final workout of the spring, but the Jacks will still have two more workouts to get in before the spring semester ends the final week in April.
