For the first time in nearly a month, the South Dakota State women take to the floor following a loss when they play at Oral Roberts Friday night.

The Jackrabbits had their latest four game winning streak snapped, 77-72, at Denver Wednesday night.  SDSU was without starters Megan Waytashek and Chynna Stevens that game due to injuries and the lack of depth showed, as the Jackrabbits reserves were outscored 17-3.

Friday night, South Dakota State looks for a season sweep of Oral Roberts, who they beat 71-46 in Brookings last month.  In that game, the Jacks used balanced scoring, a 24-3 first half run, and a defense that forced 21 turnovers to top the Golden Eagles. ORU still has one of the nation's best rebounders and shot blockers in Vicky McIntyre, but SDSU head coach Aaron Johnston says seeing her already once this season will help his team in the rematch:

Tipoff is 7:00 PM in Tulsa Friday.
