Suspect ID’d in Theft of Expensive Bracelet in Aberdeen
ABERDEEN, S.D. (AP) - Police in Aberdeen say they have identified a suspect in the theft of a $30,000 bracelet from a local jewelry store.
Capt. David McNeil tells the American News that police believe the man has left the state, and a warrant will be issued for his arrest.
Authorities say a man snatched a gold-and-diamond women's tennis bracelet and fled after an employee at the Riddle's Jewelry store in a local mall took it out of a display case to show him on Nov. 1.
