Another weekend has arrived to the Sioux Empire and along with it another action packed round of golf at the Symetra Tour GreatLIFE Challenge. Excitement and anticipation fills the air as the third leg of this four part tour is officially underway at the beautiful Willow Run golf course.

There's been no shortage of thrills throughout two rounds of tournament action as the Sioux Empire has witnessed outstanding golf and now that the field has narrowed, the action is heating up.

We've seen Volvik Race for the Card no. 37 Cydney Clanton rise to the challenge in round one with a six under 65 performance. In round two Caroline Westrup (Volvik Race for the Card rank no. 56) matched Clanton's round one performance with a six under 65 performance of her own deadlocking the two atop the leader board heading into round three.

Symetra Tour's no. 1 ranked golfer Lee Lopez has been well within the mix as she sat with three other golfers one shot off the lead through round one and currently sits tied for second. Other top notch tour golfers like Annie Park and Giulia Molinaro have also been right on track and ready to pounce on that number one spot.

Don't let the ten under par atop the leader board to start round three fool you, Willow Run golf course has certainly given these golfers a "run" for their money. This wildly undulating course has gotten the better of even the best on this tour as it did for Daniela Iacobelli who's currently ranked fourth on the Symetra Tour money list. Despite leading the Symetra Tour in birdies and in sub-par holes, Iacobelli joins the unfortunate group who will not be moving on to round three.

Now the rest of the narrowed field is taking on the the third round of this tournament that much closer to a large payday and their dream of becoming an LPGA member.

It has certainly been a wild ride for both the fans and the golfers through two rounds and it looks be be just as wild for the next two rounds so come on out to Willow Run golf course and catch the excitement of the Symetra Tour GreatLIFE Challenge.
