In his first game in a week, and still a little bleary-eyed following the birth of his twin baby girls, Joe Mauer stepped to the plate and promptly ripped the first pitch he saw for an RBI-single. The proud papa looked sharp as ever for the Minnesota Twins. The same could not be said for starter Mike Pelfrey, who was sluggish and lethargic from the start.
