Groundbreaking ceremonies were held Thursday for Sioux Falls' newest sports facility The Ice Sports Association broke ground on the new SCHEELS IcePlex at the Sanford Sports Complex. The $8 million facility will include three NHL regulation size rinks, bleacher seating, locker rooms, concessions and a community room.
