Maggie Leland and Allie Ostrander are tied for fifth in the individual standings with Tavia Rutherford of the University of Sioux Falls 19th after the first round.

Augustana captured it's fifth straight Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference women's golf championship on Sunday, easily outdistancing runner-up Concordia-St. Paul. Viking senior Maggie Leland won her second individual conference title by two strokes over teammate Marisa Toivonen.
