The Washington Warriors Look to Stay Undefeated Tonight

The Washington Warriors enter this week's slate of games at 11-0 and ranked first in the ESPN 99.1/KELO-TV/KBHB radio poll. Tonight, they have a rematch with Lincoln.

Back on January 7th, the Warriors defeated the Patriots 59-42. Washington controlled the game the entire way, but Lincoln played tough early in the first. The Warriors countered with a 9-1 run in the 2nd quarter and never looked back.

Lincoln will have to rely on their post defense for this game. In the previous meeting, Sydney Arrington managed to score 16 points against them from near, or inside, the paint. On offense, Ellie Brecht has played well lately. In her last two games, Brecht scored 11 against Roosevelt, and 21 against Sioux City East.
