Tom Brady Suspended Four Games Over Deflating Footballs
New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady has been suspended for four games by the NFL for his role in deflating footballs.
On top of Tom Brady's suspension, Adam Schefter of ESPN also says that the New England Patriots will be fined $1 Million, and will lose their 2016 1st round draft pick, and 2017 4th round draft pick.
The NFL says that the suspension, fine, and loss of draft picks is for not cooperating with the league. They concluded that the Patriots and Tom Brady violated NFL policy on integrity of the game, and enforcement of competitive rules.
If the suspension of Tom Brady stands at four games, he will be eligible to return in week six against the Indianapolis Colts.
