Twins Recall Colabello for Doubleheader vs. Nats

WASHINGTON (AP) - The Minnesota Twins will send outfielder Chris Colabello back to Triple-A Rochester after adding him to the major league roster for a doubleheader against the Washington Nationals.

Colabello was recalled as the 26th man for Sunday's day-night doubleheader. He struck out as a pinch hitter in the first game.

Colabello has been up and down with the Twins this season. He's 2 for 16 in six games.

He is hitting .353 with 12 home runs and 41 RBIs at Rochester.
