Vermillion and Pierre Running Events Planned. Both Will Benefit 125th Anniversary of South Dakota.

Pick one or both 5K's of the South Dakota Sneaker Tour.

The season's races are starting up and according to a press release from Eagle Creek Software Services the South Dakota Sneaker Tour includes a 5K run/walk in both Pierre and Vermillion.  All of the net proceeds from these events will be donated to organizations with planned festivities to celebrate 125 years of South Dakota.

The Vermillion 5K leg of the South Dakota Sneaker Tour is scheduled for April 26.  Pre-registration is available online at www.sdsneakertour.com. The cost is $15 to register through April 10, then $20 up until race day.  Same day registration starts at 10:00 AM.

The Pierre 5K leg of the South Dakota Sneaker Tour is scheduled for May 31.  Pre-registration is available online at www.sdsneakertour.com. The cost is $15 to register through May 15, then $20 up until race day.
