Remember the song from The Proclaimers that says "I would walk 500 miles?" Moritz Boehringer takes that approach when going to work each day.

Granted, the rookie wide receiver doesn't actually walk 500 miles each day. He does walk about six miles roundtrip each day to get to the Vikings practice facility.

CBS Sports recently wrote about his daily journey in which Boehringer (or Boringer...NFL/Vikings/Jersey makers all have it spelled differently) says that he won't purchase a vehicle because he wants to save as much money as possible.

That is certainly one way to pinch the pockets and save some money. If anything, it provides Boehringer with a great chance to warm-up before workouts and gives him a cool--down period also.

Boehringer is currently battling for a spot on the Vikings roster after being drafted in the 6th round of the 2016 NFL Draft.
