Watch the Most Underrated Dunk of All Time in the NBA Dunk Contest

Subscribe to KSOO-FM / ESPN 99.1 on

Over the years, the NBA Dunk Contest has seen its highs and seen its lows, but recently, Timberwolves guard Zach LaVine has turned it back into a must see event.

This year, LaVine wont go for the 3-peat but four other contestants will take their shot at the title.

Clippers center DeAndre Jordan, Magic’s Aaron Gordon, Suns Derrick Jones Jr. and Pacers Glenn Robinson III will compete on Saturday night in New Orleans for the crown.

Some of their dunks will be appreciated and some of them wont, but looking back on the history of the dunk contest, I’ve found my most unappreciated thrown down.

Currently the Warriors center, but then was a Wizard, we go back to the 2011 Slam Dunk Contest in Los Angeles where Javale McGee to this day doesn’t get enough credit for throwing down two dunks at the same time on two different hoops.  Truly amazing!
