MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — When the 12-0 Minnesota Lynx visit the 11-0 Los Angeles Sparks today, the WNBA will have a bit of history on its hands.

It will mark the first time that two unbeaten teams from the WNBA, NBA, NFL, MLB, or NHL have met with each team having at least 10 wins with no losses and no ties.

The starts for the Lynx and Sparks are crucial in a season that will test players even more because of the Olympics in August. The meeting also gives the WNBA a prime platform to showcase its two best teams just two days after the NBA season wrapped up.

Lynx star Maya Moore says she is excited to play in a regular-season game that will get so much attention.
