Every year, every NFL team has auditions for its cheerleaders and of course the 49ers are no different.

What may be different is the fact that they are selling tickets to the "Final Auditions" for the 2015 San Fransisco 49ers cheerleaders.

According to Darren Rovell of ESPN, the 49ers are charging $20 in advance and $25 at the door.

When I was in Nashville, covering the Tennessee Titans, I don't recall them charging for fans to see the auditions for the Titans cheerleaders, but I do remember them giving tickets away and I do remember them doing a cheerleaders calender event that was open to people to get tickets for that by purchasing them.  Although that event included a fashion show and drinks/food.

I'm sure by now, many other NFL teams do similar things to generate some extra money for the cheerleaders and their program.  Remember, these women do this as an additional job, it's not their main profession, the pay doesn't allow it to be.

So the question again is, would you pay to attend NFL cheerleader auditions? My guess is at the price of $20-$25, the answer for most men at least would be YES!
