According to Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com, Packers linebacker A.J. Hawk had ankle surgery immediately following the end of the season.

In that same report, it says that a source at the NFL Combine provided information that Hawk indeed had spurs removed from his ankle by Dr. Robert Anderson in Charlotte perform the surgery.

Hawk played 18 games for the Green Bay Packers in 2014.
