Adrian Peterson suffered a hamstring injury prior to training camp beginning and it has caused him to miss a couple of days of practice.

According to reports, Vikings head coach Mike Zimmer isn't concerned about the injury and the team is managing Peterson's work load in order to keep him on a track that gets him back sooner than later.

On Friday, Peterson took his conditioning test and it appears that the Vikings will slowly start involving Peterson more and more over the next few days.

Peterson led the NFL in 2015 as the Vikings won the NFC North title.
