Anthony Rizzo Takes Batting Practice During 6th Inning At Bat

With the St. Louis Cardinals leading by one run in the bottom of the sixth inning, Chicago Cubs' first baseman Anthony Rizzo comes to the play and sets up camp to put on a batting practice session.

Finally, on the 18th pitch by Daniel Ponc de Leon, Rizzo tags one to deep right field as the Wrigley Field fans standing and cheering their man around the bases.

After Rizzo took a curtain call for the 30,000-plus fans he was still pacing the dugout after 14 pitches, 10 foul balls, and nine with two strikes. The outcome of the inning was a 5-5 tie.

The Cubs took Friday's opening game of the weekend series 8-5 and would go on for a series sweep.
