WINNIPEG, Manitoba. – Saturday night's game between the Sioux Falls Canaries and the Winnipeg Goldeyes was suspended due to rain.

The game will resume at 1:35 p.m. on Sunday, and it will be completed as a nine-inning game. A seven-inning game will follow for the series finale.

Play was halted in the bottom of the fourth inning with the Canaries leading 1-0. When play resumes, the Winnipeg Goldeyes are batting with one out and a runner at first base. Ray Sadler is at bat with  a 3-2 count, and Kyle Vazquez is pitching for the Canaries.

The Canaries took a 1-0 lead when Anthony Trajano doubled to lead off the third inning and scored on Nick Van Stratten’s single.
