Jeff Thurn was live on Wednesday from Sioux Falls Stadium, and he spoke with Sioux Falls Canaries skipper Steve Shirley on Overtime. The Canaries have had a disappointing season this summer, bringing a 27-54 record into tonight against New Jersey at the Birdcage. Sioux Falls is 21.5 games behind Winnipeg in the North Division of the American Association.

The Birds begin a three-game series with New Jersey tonight, and then Winnipeg comes into town this weekend for three more games. Tomorrow's first pitch is at noon.
